In Portugal and in the EU, online sales are subject to Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014. The consumer has 14 days to return the product from the moment it is delivered to their address.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Clear photos of the parcel;

• Photos of the affected product;

• Your order number;

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on availability.

Opened bottles, used products, or items not reported within the stated timeframe are not eligible for return or refund.

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer. If there is any damage during the return of the goods, the refund amount will be reduced or withdrawn

At the moment, we deliver exclusively within Mainland Portugal.

Each bottle is carefully packed using reinforced boxes to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping cost are at €8 (VAT included) for mainland Portugal, free for orders over €80.

Orders are typically dispatched within 4 days.
